Job Summary

Agricultural Machinery Service Technician

Were looking for an experienced Agricultural Engineering Technician to join a well-established machinery and equipment business in the South of England. The successful candidate will be part of a close-knit service team responsible for maintaining and supporting a large fleet of modern agricultural vehicles and equipment used across the region.

Youll be working with the latest models from leading global manufacturers ensuring all machines in the fleet are serviced and maintained to a consistently high standard throughout their hire or ownership lifecycle. The role also includes occasional field service work for customer-owned units. Ongoing technical training and product updates are provided directly by the manufacturer ensuring you stay current with the latest engineering systems and diagnostic tools.

The company also operates a growing retail division supplying new and used farm equipment and implements giving you exposure to a wide variety of machinery and customers.

What youll bring:

  • Solid experience as a service or maintenance technician in agricultural construction or plant machinery.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.

  • Relevant mechanical or engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

  • Full UK driving licence.
