As a HR Consultant in the Policy and Reward Team you will play a key role in shaping an inclusive and supportive workplace.
As an HR Consultant in our Team you will:
Design and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Work on projects and initiatives across pay reward wellbeing staff benefits and recognition.
Coordinate and administer processes and support with contract management.
Build productive relationships: Collaborate with stakeholders Trade Unions and customers.
Show resilience and adaptability: Balance competing priorities and deliver to timescales in a dynamic environment.
What Were Looking for:
HR Expertise: CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.
Policy and Reward Knowledge: Understanding of people management policies and practices including local government terms and conditions of employment pay and reward staff benefits wellbeing and delivering projects.
Advisory and Communication Skills: Confidently advise managers and stakeholders.
