We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Bremerton WA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care by assessing patients physical conditions developing personalized treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility strength and function.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose patients physical abilities and conditions.
Design and implement individualized treatment programs.
Provide interventions including therapeutic exercises manual therapy and equipment use.
Educate patients on self-care techniques recovery strategies and injury prevention.
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Support patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life.
Requirements:
Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington State (or eligibility).
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
Experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting preferred.
