Job Summary
General responsibilities would include customer service communication self-determination troubleshooting a desire for self-learning and improvement and general strength of work ethic. Daily routine would include coordinating with the IT manager to determine necessary priorities and assignments. Work would center on but not limited to Mac desktop support database management server and switching maintenance supplying technical advice and teaching. Work would also include website knowledge and management including coordinating and applying edits and updates using WordPress application.
