Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager preferably in food services but open to strong leaders who have led in other roles. ROOM TO GROW!

We need a strong leader to handle the following duties.

Lead inspire and grow a high-performing team.
Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and quality.
Manage budgets financial reporting and operational metrics.
Implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

Proven experience in a GM Operations or leadership role.
Strong leadership decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Track record of managing budgets and driving operational results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
Bachelors degree in Business Management or equivalent experience preferred.
Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.
