Job Summary

**Schedule:**

The night float shifts are scheduled from Sunday to Thursday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and providers will be in-house every other month.

Coverage is required from Friday to Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM although in-house presence is not mandatory on these weekends.

**Dates Requiring Coverage:**

Providers must be available to cover all specified dates at both locations:

- January 23 and January 25 - Boise- February 24 to February 26 - Night shift (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

- March 15 to March 17 - Nampa - Night shift (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

- March 19 to March 22 - Nampa

**Travel Requirements:**Providers will be reimbursed for flights lodging rental cars and mileage.

**Qualifications:**

- Board Certification - REQUIRED

- Active Idaho License or active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

- REQUIRED (Please provide a Letter of Qualification at the time of name clearance)

- Must be available to cover both locations - REQUIRED

- Local candidates are preferred - PREFERRED

- COVID-19 vaccination - REQUIRED - Verbal confirmation is necessary at the time of name clearance.
