Establish maintain and control process metrics to enable standardization and automation opportunities while also measuring the health of processes.

You display a high degree of ownership and accountability for processes
You embrace change and ambiguity incorporating industry best practices and business process knowledge to propose improvement and increase change adoption
You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions
You partner with other business teams across functions to identify process improvements aiming to solve business and customer needs
You prepare plan and execute continuous improvement processes to improve the customer and employee experience using industry-standard process methodologies.
For This Role You Will Need
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in process improvement
2 years of experience in process owner or subject matter expert roles
Strong analytical approach to problem solving
Continuous improvement mindset and process methodologies
Strong business process analysis design improvement process measurement and problem-solving skills
Strong communication influencing and training skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Lean Six Sigma methodology knowledge
- Project management skills
- Strong skills in Process Documentation and Workflow Tools (Visio LucidChart etc.)
