What is the job
Step into the spotlight as our Internal Audit Senior the behind-the-scenes star who ensures every frame of Regals business operations runs smoothly and securely. Youll help script a strong control environment that supports financial integrity compliance and strategic risk management across our global operations.
Think of it as directing the sequel to Mission: Possible where your role is to uncover risks design great controls and make sure the credits roll on another successful audit season.
What will you be doing
Youll have a leading role in:
- Conducting and coordinating audits across Regals domestic and international operations in line with the annual audit plan.
- Driving SOX compliance from control design to testing and reporting ensuring every scene meets regulatory and financial standards.
- Partnering with business units to assess risks evaluate internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Implementing and managing Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) software to enhance risk tracking and transparency.
- Creating executive-ready reports and Audit Committee updates that tell a clear story of value insight and improvement.
- Collaborating with external advisors and co-sourced partners to ensure every audit engagement is a blockbuster success.
About you
Youre the kind of professional who thrives in the directors chair confident detail-driven and comfortable running a complex production from start to finish.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (CPA CIA CISA or similar certification preferred).
- Proven experience in internal audit SOX compliance or risk management ideally with co-sourced/outsourced engagements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to collaborate with senior leaders across multiple departments of the Regal universe.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities you dont just spot issues; you rewrite the script.
- Self-motivated adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple storylines in a fast-paced environment.
