About the Role
The Learning & Development Coordinator Programs and Projects is an integral part of Lathams Learning & Development team specifically supporting Business Services teams. This role will be responsible for driving the development and execution of learning and development programs and projects within the Global Learning & Development team while developing and refining processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. This role will be located in our New York office.Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Executing learning and development programs and projects for Business Services employees including the Business Services Academies
- Utilizing intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create and manage project plans presentations and reports
- Collaborating with team members to coordinate logistics and measure impact for live hybrid and virtual programs
- Collaborating with team members to track attendance for programs and courses updating the relevant Learning Management System (LMS) accordingly
- Collaborating with team members to support utilization of the Learning Management System and Insights assessment portal
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive confidential privileged financial and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Wed love to hear from you if you:
- Possess strong project management skills with the ability to drive projects and programs forward
- Display proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Asana for project management is a plus
- Demonstrates strong capabilities in administration and operations
And have:
- A bachelors degree or equivalent preferably
- A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience preferably
