What will you be doing

The Food and Beverage Consumption team is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Specialist to work on-site at our clients office 2-3 days per week. This role supports day-to-day servicing needs for a key client and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data collaborating across teams and delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries leveraging Circana data sets and tools to provide timely and accurate responses.
Develop and deliver data-driven analyses and summaries using Excel and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with internal team members to outline manage and execute client projects.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

1-2 years experience in analytical or market research role
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience in consumer POS custom and/or syndicated research in food/foodservice an asset
Experience accurately interpreting data and clearly articulating findings into cohesive and succinct stories
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities against pressing deadlines; strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in MS Excel MS PowerPoint and/or data visualization tools

Location

This position can be located in the following area(s): Chicago IL. 2-3 days a week onsite at our client in downtown Chicago.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $65000 to $75000.
