Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Tempe AZ Full-TimeAbout the Role
AGC is seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing equipment and facilities running smoothly. This role involves troubleshooting repairing and maintaining electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced industrial environment.What Youll Do
- Diagnose and repair equipment (motors pumps conveyors fans etc.)
- Troubleshoot electrical panels wiring and controls
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Install and maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Operate forklifts and assist with equipment moves/installations
- Document repairs and keep work areas safe and organized
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of hydraulics pneumatics PLCs and motor controls preferred
- Ability to read schematics and follow OSHA safety protocols (LOTO PPE)
- Forklift experience a plus (training/certification available)
Physical Requirements
- Stand/walk for most of shift
- Lift up to 25 lbs
- Work in noisy/industrial settings
