Position Summary:

As a Senior Project Manager - ESG you will be responsible for running various projects and supervising critical program achievements. The role is critical in ensuring smooth program execution. The job holder will collaborate with a wide range of partners within various Global Functions and Business Groups ensuring a coordinated approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead & implement assigned projects
- Prepare and maintain project plans and define results
- Employ the fit for purpose methodology for each project
- Resolve sophisticated issues and manage critical path processes as it relates to project delivery
- Identify and handle risks issues actions and decisions point of contact for critical issues.
- Influence key program partners and ensure successful the program implementation across workstreams and business groups
- Facilitation of recurring program meetings
- Detailing and communicating the status and results of the projects
- Capturing project information and ensure clear communication of the outcome of the meeting (risks issues actions and decisions)
- Review project deliverables to ensure timely completion of milestones
- Lead regular reporting cadence and ad-hoc reports including leadership reports & presentations
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree required preferably business related
- Project Management/Sigma/Kaizen certification highly desirable
- 5 years of solid experience managing complex global programs and project initiatives
- GBS experience is highly desirable
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Robust project management skills and capabilities (planning tools defining deliverables business case and baseline development)
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading complex multidimensional projects
- Ability to work independently within a team and collaboratively across teams
- Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent presentation verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
