Job Summary
Our client a fast-growing fintech company is looking for an experienced Senior Automation QA Engineer to lead and strengthen their automation-first testing culture. This is a key technical role where youll build automation frameworks from the ground up and ensure flawless product quality in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI API and backend testing.
Develop automated test suites for functional regression and integration coverage.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to embed testing early (shift-left).
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Debug analyze and triage automation failures with clear reporting.
Contribute to QA best practices and automation standards across the team.
Requirements
5 years of hands-on software testing experience with a strong focus on automation.
Background in fintech banking or financial services.
Proven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks.
Solid understanding of API and backend testing for distributed systems.
Strong grasp of QA methodologies and test design.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming or scripting language.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Preferred:
Experience in security and performance testing for financial systems.
Interest in AI-powered testing tools and emerging QA technologies.
Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
