Systems Engineer Windows Top Secret clearance

Currently we are seeking a Systems Engineer - role supports a Navy customer in Dahlgren VA.

Job Description and Responsibilities:A Systems Engineer also known as lead systems analyst a network engineer who can also program or a software engineer who can also manage networks is an IT professional who oversees the creation of hybrid software web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance. These products are often sophisticated systems that run on the web. The systems engineer is responsible to integrate various network operating systems application programs and hardware devices. Duties of a systems engineer typically include managing the development cycle associated with producing a resilient software hardware and web application including: specification design coding testing and maintenance.


Basic Requirements:

Three (3) years of professional experience in relation to operating systems design and implementation for DoD programs with networked corporate environments using Microsoft Windows Server Microsoft Exchange Active Directory VMWare storage systems (e.g. NetApp EMC) and TCP/IP.


Clearance:Top Secret (US citizenship required)


Education Requirements:Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline.


Certifications:

CWF designation at the IAT II level or 641 Work Role Code with the proficiency level of Intermediate or higher. Acceptable certifications:

Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP); CompTIA Security;CyberSec First Responder (CFR); Federal IT Security Professional-Manager-NG (FITSP-M); GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC); Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP).


Contract: This position is pending a contract award.
