Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

The eCommerce Intern is responsible for assisting with product content management digital performance analysis and online merchandising to support the execution of ATCs eCommerce strategies across retailer platforms. This individual will participate in training and project assignments designed to strengthen business acumen enhance analytical skills and provide exposure to eCommerce operations and retail partnerships.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists in monitoring and maintaining product detail pages across multiple retailer websites.

Responds to customer reviews posted on product detail pages in alignment with brand voice and communication standards.

Audits retailer product detail pages to identify content improvement opportunities and ensure updates are accurately implemented.

Analyzes product ratings and reviews to identify trends themes or recurring consumer feedback.

Reviews automated review-scraping tools to confirm data accuracy and completeness across assigned product listings.

Collaborates with the eCommerce team to support content optimization online merchandising and digital performance reporting.

Participates in team meetings project discussions and developmental sessions designed to enhance understanding of eCommerce operations.

Demonstrates professionalism reliability and initiative in completing assigned tasks and projects.

Performs other duties as assigned to support departmental or program objectives.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program

Strong academic standing with demonstrated interest in business marketing or eCommerce

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis preferred

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

High level of professionalism initiative and willingness to learn

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to withstand prolonged periods sitting at a desk

Frequent use of upper extremities to perform keyboard functions and work on a computer

Ability to occasionally stand/walk
