What You Will Do

The Product Marketing Manager leads strategic marketing programs for the HVAC Business. You will provide the marketing expertise to develop and implement coordinated marketing plans expand channels and customer influence drive comprehensive launch efforts and build strong and effective digital and traditional marketing is a metrics driven role that will maximize program return-on-investment by managing to measurable marketing performance benchmarks and KPIs. The Product Marketing Manager will report to the Director Global Controls Marketing.

How You Will Do It

  • Evaluate product marketing needs and develop integrated marketing programs for key HVAC offerings to increase market share and drive growth.

  • Lead marketing efforts for large global product launch programs campaigns and events.

  • Partner with regional marketing team members to identify audience and channel marketing requirements and effectively implement marketing campaigns for all global regions.

  • Research and maintain database of competitive marketing programs globally.

  • Analyze market research results and recognize current trends in the HVAC industry and the needs and desires of customers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from product management engineering learning & development business development managers and legal to produce effective marketing materials.

  • Effectively communicate with externally sourced vendors suppliers and agencies to deliver marketing programs.

What We Look For

Required

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent combined education and experience.

  • 7-10 years related business experience with several years in strategic marketing management.

  • Ability to think critically and systemically to develop effective strategies and achieve accountable business results.

  • Demonstrated track record of strong leadership. Excellent communication skills and creativity are critical.

  • Ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix environment to effectively balance business regional and functional priorities for win-win results.

  • Ability to travel domestically and globally 10%.

  • Ability to make decisions based on thorough analysis of factual information.

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related curriculum. MBA preferred.

  • International marketing experience preferred.

This is a hybrid role at our Glendale WI office. Requires 3 days in office.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $97200 -$130000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity location and alignment with market data.)
