- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Build hose assemblies to client specifications and stock desired inventory.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently handling cash credit card payments and returns following company procedures.
- Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
- Upholds Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies.
- Uphold ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined in Hyspecos quality procedures and processes.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hydraulic & pneumatic systems and point-of-sale systems.
- US Work Authorization.
