Generally responsible for directing traffic and assisting customers within a designated parking facility to keep the flow of traffic moving smoothly and safely.

SALARY: $20.00/HR

Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

No experience required; on the job training provided

No high school diploma GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

Customer service experience

1 year of similar work experience

Essential Duties:

Maintain traffic flowing efficiently within the parking facility according to operating plan.

Provide excellent customer service greeting each guest and visitor with a smile and a warm welcome. Assist customers promptly and in a friendly manner.

Traffic directors stand in designated areas and wave vehicles in the desired direction with a positive and helpful demeanor.

Perform other duties as assigned to ensure productive operations quality service client and customer satisfaction.

Guiding and directing visitors to the requested areas around the Parking Garage as well as providing useful information and services pertaining to Downtown activities and parking facilities.

Job duties may be modified at any time
