$115000 - $125000 Base Salary

Requirements:

Current Arizona License Required
Family Nurse Practitioner Certification

Responsibilities:

4 or 5 Day Work Week Available
18 - 20 Patients Per Day
No Calls
No Weekends
Full Support Staff
