Were looking for a talented Multi-Skilled Operator with strong studio engineering experience to join a rapidly growing UK eCommerce brand. The company serves millions of customers nationwide and recently launched an exciting new TV Shopping Channel broadcasting 24/7 on major UK platforms. This is your chance to join a creative forward-thinking team redefining shopping television.

In this role youll be a key part of the broadcast team responsible for operating PTZ cameras during shoots managing studio and gallery equipment and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations. Youll set up and maintain cameras lighting and sound systems troubleshoot technical issues research and source equipment and work closely with IT and external engineers.

Youll need:

• Strong technical skills across cameras sound lighting vision and playout systems

• Experience operating in a live studio or gallery environment

• A proactive can-do attitude and ownership mindset

• A genuine passion for broadcast production and technology

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability

Its a bonus if you have experience with:

• NewTek Tricaster systems

• Sennheiser or Behringer audio equipment

• Talkback and comms systems

• Cloud LED lighting

• Canon PTZ cameras
