Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (6 Month Contract)

The Opportunity:

The Technical Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting Eunas rapid growth by attracting engaging and hiring top technical talent across multiple products each with distinct tech stacks infrastructures and architectures.

This 6-month contract role is essential to scaling our engineering and technology teams during a period of expansion. The ideal candidate is fluent in the language of software engineering confident sourcing across diverse technologies and skilled at managing complex technical hiring pipelines.

What Youll Do

• Partner with engineering and product leaders to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle sourcing screening interviews and offers.
• Find top technical talent through LinkedIn GitHub Stack Overflow and other creative channels.
• Write engaging inclusive job postings that attract engineers across different languages and frameworks.
• Guide hiring managers on interview best practices and ensure consistency across all technical assessments.
• Track recruiting metrics and share insights that drive smarter faster hiring.
• Champion a great candidate experience at every stage.

What Youll Bring

• 5 years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Proven success hiring software engineers in multiple tech stacks (.NET Java Python React etc.).
• Familiarity with modern development environments (cloud microservices CI/CD).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience with tools like BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• A collaborative mindset you thrive working cross-functionally with technical teams.
