What were looking for

Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
Exposure to civil construction with experience it water or wastewater treatment preferred
Successful track record with planning organising and time management
Proven experience in identifying opportunities; improvements and solutions
Demonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholders
Enthusiasm with an aptitude for seeking further opportunities to make a significant contribution
