Job Summary
Are you passionate about marketing and social media Do you have a knack for creating engaging content and a flair for graphic design Join our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant and play a crucial role in promoting our venues and driving sales!
As the Marketing Assistant youll take charge of our social media profiles and paid advertising while supporting our marketing department with a variety of tasks including content creation photography videography EDM (Electronic Direct Marketing) and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Oversee and maintain our social media accounts for each venue. Coordinate and schedule posts monitor engagement and manage paid social media advertising including ad creation targeting performance monitoring and optimisation.
- Content Creation: Develop and design graphics for print and digital ads create compelling social media content and capture high-quality photos and videos.
- Marketing Promotions: Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns and activations.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with followers respond to comments and messages and handle online reviews professionally. Maintain real-time communication with our audience.
- EDM Management: Compile design and publish engaging EDMs.
- Administrative Support: Assist with managing the marketing departments task manager coordinate the production of promotional items and support the Clubs online shop and websites.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Qualifications: Preferred qualification in marketing graphic design or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of social media management experience including with Meta and paid advertising.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop) and experience with WordPress Asana Later MailChimp or similar is highly desirable.
- Other Skills: Strong written and verbal communication organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
