The Service Porter at Ford & Toyota of Greenfield plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around the service area while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the service drive and customer parking areas clear and organized.
- Transport vehicles to and from the service lane as needed.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness of service department.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with basic inquiries.
- Support service advisors and technicians as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
