About The Cromwell Hospital

The Cromwell Hospital is a major international private hospital in West London receive bothUK andinternational patients. We are committed to providing the highest quality healthcare outpatient and inpatient service care. The hospital has 180 beds and 4 suites theatres medical and surgical wards cardiac centre CDU level 2 and 3 full intensive care facilities paediatrics diagnostic services physiotherapy a dedicated day surgery unit and a new cath lab.

Our new modern Radiography department is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology to include;

• Two general X-Ray rooms

• One fluoroscopy suite which can also be utilised as an additional X-Ray room

• One Cone Beam CT scanner

• One Bone Density scannerwith advanced body composition analysis capabilities

• Two state-of-the-art mobile X-Ray units

• Four theatre image intensifiers

How youll help us make health happen:

The General X-Ray and Theatre Lead Radiographer will have responsibility for planning and delivery of current and future services that are responsive to the needs of patients and the organisation within available resources underpinned by relevant specialist knowledge and skills.

Youll provide clinical expertise operational and strategic business planning and leadership to the Theatre Fluoroscopy and general Radiology Department at Cromwell Hospital.

Youll create a positive and inclusive culture and environment for staff and patients delivering high quality care and outstanding service.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

• State Registered Radiographer with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) - essential

• BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent qualification in Radiography essential

• Substantial post graduate experience in radiology at a senior level essential

• Membership of appropriate professional body and/or clinical interest group
