About the Traineeship
Join our purpose-built Schofields service catering for 120 children across six beautiful learning rooms. As a Trainee Educator youll learn on the job while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. Youll be supported by experienced mentors and educators who will guide you through every step of your professional journey.

What Youll Do

Support educators in delivering engaging play-based learning experiences
Build warm respectful relationships with children families and your team
Assist with daily routines care needs and activities in your room
Help maintain a safe clean and inspiring learning environment
Participate in planning and implementing creative learning experiences
Follow all health safety and compliance procedures

What Were Looking For

A genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow
A positive team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to completing a Certificate III traineeship
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
