We focus on safety value and quality as well as building and maintaining lasting relationships with a variety of national clients in renewables data centers oil and gas food and beverage manufacturing chemical and pharmaceutical fields.

In March 2025 we partnered with fast growing Washington-based Sea-Tac Electric a full-service electrical services company with 35 years of expertise in electrical design engineering new building electrical design-build construction electrical repairs and service voice and data structured cabling systems and security systems for commercial properties.

The Sea-Tac Electric team is looking for a best-in-class Electricians Assistant willing to roll up their sleeves and exude a passion for the field!

• What you will do

  • Assist journeyman and master electricians with the installation repair and maintenance of electrical systems and components
  • Pull wires install conduit and mount electrical panels boxes or devices under supervision
  • Transport tools materials and equipment to and from job sites maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety procedures always wearing appropriate PPE helping to maintain a safe work environment
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites
  • Maintain inventory supplies and report material shortages to supervisor
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and communicate progress to supervisors

  What you will need to succeed

• • Hard working and willingness to learn with a Can-do attitude
  • Current or previous electrical apprenticeship
  • Safety-conscious mindset
  • Mechanical / technical aptitude with strong reading and basic math skills
  • Punctual and reliable with good communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Pass an initial alcohol drug and background screening & ongoing thereafter
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required

  Physical demands

  The physical demands described within are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Must be able to lift to 60 pounds independently; lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels.
  • Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
  • Requires standing for extended period with frequent stretching reaching walking and stooping pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold hot noisy and wet and may have fumes or odors.
