Job Summary

Business Analyst (Mid-level)

The Mid-level Business Analyst supports process documentation requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement. This role ensures automation projects meet business needs and supports training and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with documenting workflows and process requirements
Coordinate with SMEs and developers to refine automation goals
Support training sessions and knowledge transfer initiatives
Track and update process documentation for evolving workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate automation benefits

Qualifications:

2-4 years of business analysis experience
Familiarity with RPA tools and process mapping
UiPath Business Analyst certification preferred
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proximity and ability to work full time on site in San Diego CA
Active Secret Security Clearance
BS in Business or related field
Certifications: UiPath Business Analyst Foundation
Contingent upon award

Compensation will be determined based on several factors including relevant experience education skills certifications and market conditions with an expected range of $90000 - $105000
