STV is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Risk Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates to work alongside experienced professionals learn about risk assessment compliance and safety protocols and contribute to meaningful projects. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week in the office. Preference will be given to candidates who can participate for at least three months and work full-time.
Assist in identifying assessing and mitigating potential risks across company projects.
Support the review and organization of risk management documentation including insurance policies safety reports and compliance materials.
Help track risk mitigation efforts and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Conduct data entry and analysis to support risk assessment reports and presentations.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating risk assessment meetings and preparing necessary documentation.
Participate in team discussions and training sessions to gain exposure to risk management best practices.
Research and compile information on legal financial and operational risks to support decision-making.
Support contract reviews and documentation tracking to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Assist in preparing presentations reports and internal communications for risk management initiatives.
Perform other tasks as assigned to support project goals and team objectives.
Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in engineering risk management or a related field.
Basic understanding of risk assessment compliance or safety procedures.
Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction management (AEC) industry.
Compensation Range:
