Job Summary

Quality Engineer

Are you a detail-oriented engineer with a passion for ensuring high-quality products and processes We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join a dynamic team. This on-site role is an exciting opportunity to work across engineering operations and supply chain teams helping to maintain top-notch quality standards drive continuous improvement and support audits and compliance initiatives.

What Youll Do

Develop and implement quality control plans for products and processes
Investigate customer complaints returns and nonconformance issues
Conduct inspections First Article and PPAP submissions and support audits
Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify results
Use data-driven techniques (SPC Six Sigma) to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet quality and compliance goals
Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation and reports

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Engineering
35 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; auditing experience preferred
Familiarity with IPC 620; experience with AS9100 or ISO 13485 is a plus
Strong skills in root cause analysis CAPA and statistical tools
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent problem-solving communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Self-motivated able to work independently and lead investigations

Preferred: ASQ CQE Internal Auditor certification or experience in aerospace medical devices or military industries
