Job Title: Instructor Business Administration & Marketing (Full-Time)

Classification: Faculty (Institutional Support)
Reports To: Dean School of Business Administration
Location: Kuwait City Kuwait

Job Purpose
American International University (AIU) invites applications for a full-time faculty appointment in Business Administration and Marketing beginning Spring 2026. The successful candidate will teach a variety of undergraduate courses within the Business Administration program focusing on Marketing and related disciplines while contributing to curriculum development student advising and academic service to the university.

Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate courses such as Principles of Marketing Consumer Behavior Marketing Research International Marketing Digital Marketing Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship
Prepare and deliver high-quality engaging instruction that promotes critical thinking and practical application
Contribute to curriculum design program development and continuous improvement initiatives
Advise and mentor students on academic and career goals
Participate in departmental meetings faculty development and university service activities
Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to foster an inclusive and student-centered learning environment

Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication and instructional skills in English (language of instruction is English)
Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence and student engagement
Ability to develop and apply innovative teaching methodologies
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Willingness to collaborate with faculty from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds

Education and Experience
Masters or Ph.D. in Marketing Business Administration (MBA) or a closely related field required
University-level teaching experience required; prior experience in undergraduate business programs preferred
Experience with curriculum design and program development desirable
Industry experience or applied professional projects in marketing entrepreneurship or business strategy advantageous
