What Youll Do
- In this key role youll be the go-to expert for ensuring our financial foundation stays strong and accurate. Your days will include:
- Reconciling customer deposits and key balance sheet accounts
- Maintaining and balancing key accounts with precision and care
- Jumping in to process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments when needed.
- Driving a smooth month-end close from journal entries and accruals to variance analysis
- Keeping internal controls and documentation sharp and audit-ready.
- Partnering with leadership on special projects reporting and financial insights that support smart decision-making
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 23 years of real-world accounting experience (public or private)
- CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus
- NetSuite ERP experience (preferred but not required)
- Advanced Excel skillspivot tables VLOOKUPs and the works etc.
- A sharp analytical mind and impeccable attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving team-oriented environment
