About the Role:
King County Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD) is seeking Human Resource (HR) Talent Coordinatorsto join the Human Resources team! The HR Talent Coordinator will work with HR talent acquisition team and hiring authorities to hire promote and develop our divisions workforce in a timely and equitable manner. Requirement:Employees must reside in Washington State and be within a reasonable distance to King County worksites to meet onsite reporting requirements.
Work Schedule:This position is non-exempt from the overtime provision of the Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) and is overtime eligible.
Union Representation:Teamsters Local 117 Professional & Technical and Administrative Support collective bargaining agreement.
Duration:This recruitment aims to fill a Special Duty Assignment (SDA) or Term-Limited Temporary (TLT) position with an anticipated 2-year assignment.
