Job Summary

The Kingston Apartments (LCOR) is currently seeking an experiencedLeasing Consultantto join our team.

Job responsibilities for the position include:

Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
Answering leasing calls and responding to on-line inquiries
Processing applications preparation of lease paperwork and weekly / monthly reports
Resolving resident issues or concerns
Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
Marketing of the community thru online advertisements corporate outreach and social media.

Successful candidates should possess the following job requirements:

1 to 3 years experience in Property Management
1 to 3 years experience with high rise and lease up
Knowledge of Yardi Software
Some college experience is preferred
Experience with Fairfax Countys Workforce Dwelling Unit (WDU) program is preferred
Class A Highrise / lease up experience is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week)
Working during inclement weather is also necessary
