How you will make contributions that matter...

In accordance with SOPs and customers specifications stage weigh and record all batch ingredients.
Mix and blend wet/dry ingredients in accordance with product mix/batch sheet specifications.
Record all ingredient usage using location ERP system.
Collect pre-blend and final product samples as required. Perform all required batch analytical testing. Report any product deviations to the department supervisor.
Follow all allergen protocols.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in detail without deviation.
Operate tanks pumps and blend operations equipment.
Perform equipment clean-up CIP/SIP operations.
Perform routine equipment adjustments.
Safe operation of a lift truck.
Accurately and neatly complete batch records system data entry and documentation.
Perform all department environmental controls.
Perform product reclaim and rework operations in accordance with reclaim guidelines.
Support internal and external audits.
Follow all established occupational health and safety procedures.
Follow all established GMPs and Food Safety requirements.

You are best suited for the role if you

Minimum of (2)-two years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing dairy food manufacturing experience preferred.
Advanced quality/food safety training and/or certifications is a plus but not required.
A working understanding of food manufacturing acronyms (SQF QA/QC CQP QAP HACCP SOP5S GMP etc.).
Strong math skills.
Lift truck certification or the ability to obtain a lift truck certification (Powered Industrial Truck).
Strong technical skills ability to operate and understand equipment controls touch panels and mechanical operations.
Successful completion of drug screen andbackground check.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated work history.
Good attendance is a must.
Physical lifting up to 50-lbs frequently throughout the shift.
Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to: noise changing temperatures (hot wet cold humid) standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs maneuvering around manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift.

This is a night shift position working 6pm-6:30am on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Starting Salary $25.37/hr additional $2/hr on nights
