Job Summary
Were looking for aGB Plan Design Analyst to join our Insurance Operations this role you are expected to accurately code plan information amendments in the system.
Position Responsibilities:
- Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures
- Practice good judgment in processing cases
- Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors
- Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics
- Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management
Required Qualifications:
- Open for fresh graduates though preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of relevant work experience in a professional setting.
- Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks data entry document handling and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations.
- A bachelors degree in any field is required.
- Amenable for fixed night shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Demonstrates effective communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment.
