Are you a commercially driven sales professional ready to build something from the ground up
Were looking for a Commercial Sales Manager / LBDM / CVSM with a passion for growth strong industry knowledge and a proven ability to develop long-term business opportunities. This is more than a sales roleits a chance to shape and lead a commercial vehicle strategy within a high-performing team.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
Exceptional communication skills particularly outbound telephone sales
Proven lead generation expertise proactive targeted and results-focused
CRM proficiency confident using digital systems to manage pipelines and customer data
Strong understanding of fleet and business sales including funding methods and procurement cycles
Knowledge of manufacturer and conversion partner products and processes
What Were Looking For:
We need a self-startersomeone with the energy initiative and commercial mindset to grow a business segment from scratch. Youll bring vision consistency and a consultative approach to both new and existing client relationships.
