The Role
- Perform tyre fitting balancing and repairs with exceptional attention to detail.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate tyres based on vehicle specifications driving conditions and budget.
- Conduct wheel alignments to ensure proper handling and maximum tyre life.
- Inspect and diagnose tyre-related issues providing accurate advice and solutions to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.
- Utilise computerised systems to record job details customer information and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the team to meet service goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
You
- Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter or in a similar role with a solid understanding of tyre fitting wheel alignment techniques and equipment.
- A strong desire to learn and develop your automotive skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and provide professional recommendations.
- Enjoy working within a Team environment
- Take pride in your skills and ability.
- Valid drivers license and a good driving record
- Certificate II in Light Vehicle Automotive is Highly Advantageous
