About the Role
Preferred Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Muskegon is expanding and seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our high-performing collision repair team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate estimates smooth communication with insurance partners and exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and perform detailed damage assessments
Prepare and present accurate repair estimates using CCC One or similar estimating software
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal repair teams
Oversee repair timelines and parts ordering
Provide consistent updates to customers during the repair process
Ensure quality and accuracy on all estimates and final repairs
Qualifications
2 years of estimating or insurance appraisal experience preferred
Proficiency with CCC One or comparable software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
