Job Summary

Senior RPA Developer

OM Group Inc. is hiring a Senior RPA Developer to lead the design development and integration of complex automation solutions to support NIWC Pacific. This role provides technical leadership mentors junior staff and ensures automation strategies align with mission-critical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development of UiPath-based automation workflows integrating with government IT systems
Provide technical oversight and guidance to mid-level and junior developers
Design scalable secure and reliable automation solutions for evolving mission needs
Document development lifecycle and ensure compliance with government standards
Mentor junior staff and support training programs

Qualifications:

5 years of RPA development experience
Advanced proficiency in UiPath APIs databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms
Strong background in or Java programming
Experience with SAP
Proven success integrating automation in enterprise/government systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proximity and ability to work full time on site in San Diego CA
Active Secret Security Clearance
BS/BA in Computer Science Engineering or related field or four additional years experience
Certifications: UiPath Advanced Developer
Contingent upon award

Compensation will be determined based on several factors including relevant experience education skills certifications and market conditions with an expected range of $140000 to $180000.
