Student Worker Research Fellow

Purpose/Objective of the Role:

A local nonprofit is rebranding and is interested in determining how effective this effort is. To gauge whether awareness of the nonprofits services have increased they need a baseline measure of awareness. Working with the Community Research Fellows program at OWU the selected students will design and conduct a market research survey of Delaware residents to glean this information from the community.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

The Fellow would help design the survey travel within Delaware County to conduct the survey analyze the responses and write a report summarizing the results for the client.

Qualifications/Skills:

The Fellow must be skilled in interpersonal communication and be able to convince a sufficient number of respondents to complete a brief in-person survey. The Fellow must be an effective writer and also be able to integrate graphs figures and images into a report for the client. The Fellow will need to secure their own transportation to multiple locations within Delaware County in order to conduct the survey. All students with familiarity with surveys are invited to apply. Potential Future Career Benefit:
