THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our Assistant Account Managersplay a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and insurance carrier staff.
HUBs Customer Service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management claims management day-to-day client oversight and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources you will be amongst some of the industrys top talent to help guide and support our customers needs and provide them with innovative solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Account Management team with all aspects of theaccount-service process
Assist withmarketing clientsto carriers
Preparequotes and proposals
Quicklyrespond to policy inquiries (email phone)
Checkpolicies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
Assist with coordinatingpremium financing and the collection of premiums
Maintainaccurate and organized account files.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
You are perfect for this opportunity if you ...
hold a high school diploma/GED (college preferred)
have at least 1-2 years of related insurance experience
are currently licensed or are willing to obtainan insurance license within 6 months of hire
have exceptional attention to detail
have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
have demonstrated computer skillsincluding Microsoft Office Suite and Outlookand
possess a sincere desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ as well as the law in Colorado California and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $20 to $24/hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
