M&MS Mall of America is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the2025 Winter Season!This position will be from September 2025 to early January 2026.

This position pays $17.00 per hour.

Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 18 hours per week from mid-September through early January including weekends and holidays.For those interested there is the potential for this to become a permanent employment opportunity dependent on business needs and Associate performance.

Job Overview:

OperationsAssociates primary focus is to process shipments prepare and setup chocolate room complete cycle counts and merchandise items for thesalesfloor while ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Back Stage Associates are also required to provide exceptionalguest servicewhile filling in forGuest ExperienceAssociates on the retail floor they will be required to provide exceptionalguest service

Must haveauthorizationto work in the U.S.

Store Hours (may extend during Holiday Season)
Mon - Sat: 10am - 9pm
Sun: 11am - 7pm
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location job-related knowledge skills and total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements if eligible including variable pay medical and dental benefits participation in 401k plan and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offeredand the employees work schedule (i.e. part-time schedule store associate). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
