We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Liaison to join our team in Madison WI. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive outstanding support and solutions while maintaining a strong professional relationship. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented proactive and committed to delivering excellence in customer service.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently.
Maintain accurate client records and document all interactions in our system.
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and improve service processes.
Provide timely updates and feedback to management regarding client concerns or requests.
Qualifications :

Proven experience in customer service or client liaison roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
