Job Summary
When customers walk through our doors they should be able to locate what they want with ease and walk out satisfied.
The Availability Manager is responsible for presentation merchandising restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers.
There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.
This role works Sunday to Thursday 2.30pm - 12am (so your mornings are free as well as Friday and Saturday off!).
You will be responsible for leading coaching and motivating the Nightfill team ensuring that merchandising standards planograms and display guides are maintained and our store shines so its a safe and positive work environment for everyone.
Qualifications :
Ultimately were looking for someone with leadership experience a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
If youve had any experience in retail preferably in stock merch recovery and presentation that would be a real advantage and if youre someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and get things done then you could be the perfect fit for us!
