Project Manager – Transformation Projects (mfd) Hybrid role

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects including ERP implementations webshop launches and business software integrations.

• Oversee end-to-end project executionfrom scoping and planning to implementation and post-go-live support.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align project objectives.

• Work hand-in-hand with our IT architects business leads and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and scalability.

• Identify risks manage dependencies and continuously improve processes to optimize project success.

• Act as a trusted consultant guiding teams and stakeholders on best practices in project execution and change management.

Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience in project management or project leading ideally in a wholesale e-commerce or IT-driven environment.

• Proven success in managing large-scale transformation projects such as ERP rollouts webshop implementations or business software integrations.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes in a wholesale/e-commerce setting.

• Ability to translate business requirements into high-level technical concepts.

• Experience in consulting or a consulting-style role is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsyou know how to align different interests and drive solutions.

• Hands-on solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.

• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken!).
