Location: Tingalpa Brisbane
Contract: 17 November 2025 29 May 2026
Are you someone who thrives on helping others and enjoys working in a fast-paced supportive environment Temperzone Australasias longest-serving air conditioning manufacturer is looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our Brisbane team on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave.

What Youll Be Doing
In this role youll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind our customer experience. Youll:
- Respond to customer inquiries about orders pricing and stock availability.
- Process quotes and orders including custom manufacturing and delivery coordination.
- Manage inventory stock transfers and logistics.
- Handle returns credits and damage claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service sales or logistics.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Industry certifications or memberships are a bonus!
