Job Summary

Our programs in Gladstone are expanding and were seeking passionate leaders to join our team of outstanding individuals. We have opportunities in Service Manager Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator roles offering flexible work arrangements from part-time (30 hours per week) to full-time.

In these roles youll: 

Lead and support a team of educators delivering exceptional OSHC programs

Inspire and mentor staff while fostering a positive collaborative culture

Deliver high-quality engaging programs that make a difference in the lives of children aged 512

Champion compliance safety and service excellence

Were looking for leaders who:

  • Are passionate about exceeding programming expectations and introducing innovative activities
  • Believe OSHC can be a childs community
  • Enjoy supporting and developing educators in the OSHC space

  • Hold a relevant qualification in childcare/education

As an added recruitment incentive our leadership roles come with a commencement bonus of $1500 (paid at 4 weeks in role) PLUS a retention bonus of an additional $1500 paid at 12 months in the role.

Qualifications :

Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification in childcare or education.
