Job Summary
The overall purpose of this position is to collaborate with IEEE volunteers/staff and IEEE operating units to evaluate the potential of education program ideas and connect these stakeholders with the resources available from IEEE to bring ideas with potential to life. The incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for creating and managing an educational idea review process that is accessible and transparent in order to facilitate innovation and awareness of education program development opportunities at IEEE. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with IEEE volunteers and staff business and market intelligence education program development consulting facilitating communication between stakeholders and ensuring education programs align with the mission and strategic goals of IEEE. This role requires strong communication organizational entrepreneurial and project management skills with a focus on creating impactful educational opportunities and growing participation.
