Ideal Candidate Profile: An experienced Application Lead with a strong background in SAP SD and SAP Order Management specifically within the retail industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Application Maintenance Support (AMS) and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Summary of Job Description:

Hands-on experience in SAP SD (OTC) preferably with retail clients.

Application Maintenance Support (AMS) experience with the ability to solve urgent issues.

Ability to manage client relationships.

Hands-on knowledge in OTC processes like Order Management Ecommerce Wholesales Pricing etc.

Knowledge of S/4 Hana and implementation worked in RICEFW and FD.

Knowledge of interfaces / Batch jobs is a must.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead with a strong background in a leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to support a major client in the retail industry. This hybrid role focuses on providing application maintenance support and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with order-to-cash processes and a proven track record of solving urgent issues in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to leverage their expertise and contribute to critical business operations.

Provide hands-on support for an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system focusing on the order-to-cash (OTC) process.

Resolve urgent application maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.

Manage and build strong relationships with clients.

Utilize knowledge of OTC processes including order management e-commerce and pricing

Demonstrated experience as an application lead or similar role.

Proficiency in a major ERP system with a focus on sales and distribution and order management.

Experience working within the retail industry is required.

Must be willing to work on-site in Greensboro North Carolina.
